Finding suggestions from your answers…
Or any of these
A sneak peek. An early version of a tool The Learning Collective will use to help members find each other. Your circles work now; connecting you with people starts with the first groups on Nov 30.

Where you'd sit
Someone shared where they'd sit. Where would you?
Make your ownFive quick questions, about 90 seconds. No account. A sneak peek at a tool The Learning Collective is building for its members.
A sneak peek: what works now, and what doesn't yet
Works now: your circles, and checking any role against the live web. Both are useful on their own, including if you're weighing jobs or contracts.
Not live yet: finding people. When the first groups open on Nov 30, members will use this to fill each other's open seats. Until then, "Find people for this" saves your idea on a card that waits for the first round. Nobody is matched or contacted yet.
Keep your circles
They live only in this browser. We don't store them unless you share. Download a copy to keep: one file with your map and every role, which opens in any browser and prints.
Not quite right?
Tick two or more roles to find the one in between, or tick one and say how to change it. Or just describe what you'd rather do.
About the four circles
The four-circle diagram (love it, good at, needed, paid for) is a Western remix of the Japanese idea of ikigai, from 2014. In Japan, ikigai usually means the everyday things that make life feel worth living, with no income required. We use the circles because they're a useful way to see where your work could go, not because they're the answer. The roles come from your answers; each card quotes what it was built from.
Check it on the web
A search of the live web for who pays for this, who already does it, and signs of demand. It takes one to three minutes.

Find people for this
Turns this into a card on The Learning Collective, with the open seat as the help you're looking for. When the first groups open, people who want to try it with you can find it.
